I don't have a credit card, can I send you a check? Click the link for an order form to download, fill out, and send it in to us with a check. You can also fax your order in.
What size t-shirt should I order? The t-shirt's manufacturer list the sizes as: X-small 2-4 Small 6-8, Medium 10-12

How does the patch fit onto the glasses? You just slide them over the lens...it's as simple as that! Due to the designs on each patch it needs to be specified which eye your child covers. Each Patch Pal has a side piece that blocks out the peripheral vision.
How do I know what coverage to order? You should patch the stronger eye, so if your child needs to cover the right eye you would order Right Coverage. There is no need to specify coverage for the sparkle and plain patches since they do not have a design on them they can fit on either eye.

Can the patches be washed? The patches can be gently handwashed, reshaped, and air-dried.
Why do you only have one size for children? Our patches are recommended for children ages 3- 9 years of age and are made to fit their sized eyeglasses.
When will my order be shipped? The patches are usually shipped the first business day after you place your order (unless the design is out of stock). You may select which shipping method you would like: First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail, all offered through the US Postal Service.
